We sell a variety of fandom-related merchandise, including posters, keychains, and more. Each item is designed by yours truly and created with care to ensure the highest quality.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through yoco and payfast. All payments are processed securely.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package.

5. What are your shipping options?

• Local (South Africa): We use Pudo Lockers, with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 days.
• International: We use TUNL, with delivery times ranging from 4-30 days depending on your location.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally through TUNL. Shipping times vary based on location, and customs processing may cause additional delays.

7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

8. What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us with details, and we will assist you.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled through the site, however, if you need to change something, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to assist you.

10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

11. Do you offer custom or personalized products?
At the moment, we do not offer custom or personalized products, but we may consider this in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
