  • Local (South Africa): We use Pudo Lockers, with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 days.
  • International: We use TUNL, with delivery times ranging from 4-30 days depending on your location.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally through TUNL. Shipping times vary based on location, and customs processing may cause additional delays.

7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

8. What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us with details, and we will assist you.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled through the site, however, if you need to change something, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to assist you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
